22 Weeks and Mother’s day!!

We’re 22 weeks and I’m super excited. Everything is exciting and new and I’m letting myself go and trying not to worry all the time.

Here are a couple of pics of me at 22 wks. Believe it or not I had no idea that my belly was this big. I’m not kidding you, it wasn’t until I saw some pics from when I was 13 wks that I realized how much I’ve grown.

Feeling the little one moving around is just amazing, I’m still waiting for Tom to be able to feel him too.

As far as symptoms and all, I’ve been feeling a little tired now and then and I realized that I get some swelling on my feet now and then. It’s not bad but I can notice it.

Tom and I have been talking about the nursery and everything that we have to buy. We decided that instead of purchasing a glider from the baby store for $300 that we would try and find a recliner at a furniture store that we can use later on for the same price.

We’ve been looking and we finally found it. It’s an amazing mother’s day gift and we already have it at home. It’ super comfy. The only problem now is that we’ll have to re-think about Patryck’s room and how all this furniture is going to fit there. We’ll just have to wait and see.

I’m still waiting for my crib to arrive. Once it get’s here we’ll get the room set up and go from there.

Ohh my mom is planning a baby shower for me in June and it’s very exciting. Although we live in Fresno, we lived most of our lives in LA and we have tons of friends and family there. So, it is more than appropriate to have a shower there too. My mom is getting all of that set up for us. I can’t wait.

That’s it for now. I better get some dinner ready.
